peanut butter swirl brownies

peanut butter swirl brownies

peanut butter swirl brownies
brownies
4 eggs
2 c sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
2/3 c oil
¾ c cocoa
1 ½ c flour

beat eggs slightly with spoon. stir in sugar, salt, vanilla. separately mix cocoa and oil together then add to other mixture. stir in flour. do not beat at any time.

peanut butter mixture
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

pour brownie mixture into greased 9X13 pan. dollop peanut butter mixture on top about 2 inches apart. take knife and drag up and down the pan to create swirls. bake at 325° for 20 mins or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean (i prefer slightly undercooked brownies). let cool completely then enjoy with friends. if you’re alone i guarantee you’ll eat at least half the pan in one sitting. trust me.  invite some people over.
